I was at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds yesterday to photograph hot air balloons. The balloons take off from the infield of the racetrack there and it was still early. I noticed this harness racehorse was getting an early morning run done. It was a slightly foggy morning and the sun had risen not too long prior and was still low on the horizon. So I walked to the edge of the track to get a shot of the horse and Amish rider with the sun behind them in silhouette. It took a couple tries and was pleased by the photo I captured below.
